Due to the nature of digital services, refunds may not be available once a campaign setup or service work has started.

If a refund request is made before work has started, it may be reviewed and processed at the discretion of LetX Digital.

Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before the project begins. Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Service Adjustments

If a client is not satisfied with the service, LetX Digital will work to resolve the issue where possible.
